The Nuorese area boasts an extremely fascinating stretch of coast, with some of Sardinia’s most popular places, between San Teodoro and Tertenia, to the east and Bosa and Magomados to the west. The coast has only two harbours, the inlet of Bosa and Golfo di Orosei.
The sea is crystal clear, and touches rough cliffs and sandy beaches framed by a green landscape dominated by granite mountains. The Nuorese coast includes also a stretch of Gallura, with the municipalities of San Teodoro and Budoni, to the farthest north of the province boasting the nearness of Olbia’s port and airport and Costa Smeralda.
