Is Aruttas
Ten km. from Cabras, this long beach shines brilliant white due to the quartz contained in the sand. Here the coast faces a stretch of sea of great depths, which can be seen through crystal clear water. The Mari Ermi beach is nearby. Both these stretches of coast are protected by the Sinis Geo-marine Park.

Is Arenas
In the past the dunes developed for kilometres; in the Fifties was created a large pinewood, today paradise of camping lovers, at the western limit of spectacular Arch of S. Archittu.
