The territory of Arzachena offers visits to some pretty country churches important meeting point for shepherds and villagers, surrounded by century old wild olive trees and oaks under whose shade you can enjoy a break. At about 10 km from the village along the road to S. Antonio di Gallura, stands S. Paolo Eremita church, built in 1911 which hosts two celebrations: the last Sunday of August dedicated to the Saint and the first of May in honour of the Madonna del Buon Cammino. At north-west from Arzachena, from the road to Palau, you arrive after about 10 km at the medieval Sanctu Micali Sanna church which hosts two festivals: on the 12 of May and on the 1st Sunday of September. Along the state road to Olbia, there is the 18th century Sanctu Micali Alzachéna.
